Apartment

The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from the Santa Lucia railway station and from Piazzale Roma it is connected with the vaporetto number 4. 2 and 5. 2 from Piazzale Roma and the Santa Lucia railway station. Next to the apartment there is the Sant Alvise vaporetto stop connected to the main places of Venice and direct to the island of Murano. To the side of the apartment there is a gym and a playground for children and adults with a theater there is a swimming pool and rowing. Near the apartment there is the Casino, bars and restaurants and the Jewish Ghetto. The apartment has an entrance hall, living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen with television, stereo, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. In the living room there is a table for breakfast and eating and there is access to the private garden with a table for breakfast and eating.
