It is an ideal base for a relaxing and cultural holiday. 15 kilometers from Palermo and 45 from Cefalù, in view of the sea of Santa Flavia which includes the small and picturesque seaside villages of Porticello, Sant'Elia and Solunto (an ancient Phoenician and therefore Hellenic and Roman city on the slopes of Monte Catalfano overlooking the sea from the height with a magnificent spectacle of archaeological evidence dating back to the seventh century BC), nestled between the sea and cliffs with the unmistakable and scenic Capo Zafferano in the background. A few kilometers away the eighteenth-century villas of Bagheria among all the most original and surprising is Villa Palagonia also known as Villa dei Mostri, one of the most extraordinary examples of Sicilian and international Baroque culture.
2 kilometers from the junction of the A19 Palermo - Catania motorway and the state roads, which easily reach Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples from the village of Santa Flavia, Trapani with the salt pans and Erice, as well as Catania and Messina.
