Private vacation home

Rent 1 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor (stairs) in a private residence in Lascari, two hundred meters from the sea.
The house consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed, a loft with two beds, a small terrace covered by a pergola and the ground floor a 100 sqm garden with gazebo.
The beach, with a large beach, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

The residence can be reached by car, from the Palermo-Catania or Palermo-Messina motorway (Cefalù exit), or by train. Lascari Train Station is just 500 meters from the residence.

The residence is located about 8 km from Cefalù, while on the nearby Madonie you can visit the towns of Gratteri (20 min.), Collesano (30 min.), Castelbuono (40 min.). In 45 minutes you can reach Palermo.
The town of Lascari is only 10 minutes away.
You will like it for the location: between the sea, to the north, and the mountain to the south and a breeze that also mitigates the hottest summer ((but only for apartments like mine on the first floor! ).
My house is suitable for couples, solitary adventurers and families (with children).
