The apartment, comfortable and spacious, located on the third floor in a quiet building can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Equipped with armored door, it consists of an entrance hall with extensive library (with a corner dedicated to the exchange of books) and writing desk, a lounge with Carrara marble floor, with sofa, wall equipped with TV, supe speed wifi and a dining table. The modern and functional kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, the new induction hob, toaster, coffee maker for coffee. Completing the crockery supplied, plates, cutlery, glasses and everything necessary for the kitchen (including basic ingredients such as oil, salt, sugar, etc.) and all the ingredients to prepare an Italian breakfast for all your stay (milk, tea, coffe, fruit juice, yogurt, jam, Nutella, cookies, bread and more). The two bedrooms with parquet floor are very spacious, equipped with all comforts including air conditioning. There are two full equipped bathrooms, one with tub and the other with shower, they are equipped with three towels for each guest, hair dryer, shampoo, soap etc. The house has a long balcony in which we created a corner for smokers or for an intimate breakfast. In the balcony there is also a washing machine, a wash for clothes and a drying rack. For the little ones we provide on request and free of charge a cot, high chair, stroller, games, books and everything that can be useful for baby travelers.
