Immersed in the green countryside of Abruzzo just 10 km from the sea and from Pescara, there is our farm where you enter through a private avenue of olive trees. It consists of two separate and independent units, FEDERICO and CATERINA dwellings, a large car park and a flat garden of 2.000 square meters with numerous and various trees including olive trees, holm oaks, cypress pines and magnolias and a large and well-kept lawn. to sunbathe and play. The entire property is completely fenced to enjoy in complete freedom and tranquility and in the exclusive way of the wide spaces and a view that goes from the Abruzzo countryside to the Gran Sasso mountain.
Also available is a sun terrace, barbecue, tables and chairs, comfortable rocking chairs, hammocks, sun loungers for sunbathing.
Use of the garden is shared for guests of both Houses.
For the children we provide various games.
Heating costs from September to April for both houses are not included in the room rate and are payable on consumption in cash at check out.
FEDERICO HOUSE: it has been furnished with antiques typical of Abruzzo, combining the taste for the past with comfort.
It is on two levels connected by a comfortable wooden staircase. The lower floor is composed as follows: the eat-in kitchen still has the original terracotta floor, it is equipped with a three-burner stove, a small electric oven, an electric kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with a freezer; It is fully equipped with dishes, pots, etc. Spacious dining room with large table for 6 people and direct access to the garden, living room with fireplace furnished with sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, bookshelf, desk. The studio is welcoming, has books, records and radio.
The upper floor consists of two spacious double bedrooms with beds with slats and foam mattresses. Both are very bright and from your bed you can enjoy a wonderful view of the trees. They are furnished with wardrobe, bedside tables, chairs, chest of drawers, mirror.
