The apartment is on the first floor and has the private use of a large balcony on the floor (furnished with a table, two chairs, two comfortable deckchairs for relaxing and sunbathing and a sofa with two comfortable wicker armchairs). It is also possible to use, at any time of the day, in sharing only with the owners, the large wonderful terrace on the second floor with an enchanting view of the bay of Giardini-Naxos and Mount Etna. The apartment is equipped with both heating and air conditioning. The distance from Corso Umberto (main street of Taormina) is only 5 minutes on foot through the direct municipal stairs that start just outside the apartment. Very important to consider that a private parking space inside the property guarded by an automatic gate is included in the price.
