Villetta Antonaci is a small villa with view on the sea in Santa Maria al Bagno, near Gallipoli. 
It combines the proximity to the sea and an exceptional view with the calm of the countryside. The sandy beach of Santa Maria al Bagno is 1,5 kilometers away.

Villetta Antonaci can accommodate up to 8 guests: it has 3 double bedrooms ( and 2 sofa beds) and two bathrooms with shower.
Its distinctive feature is the terrace with view on the sea, where it is possible to have dinner.
The house is entirely fenced and it is possible to park up to 3 cars in the property. It is equipped with accessories such as barbecue, washing machine, hair-dryer and iron.

Villetta Antonaci is in Santa Maria al Bagno, which is part of Nardò. With Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno is characterized by the seafront promenade ideal during day (there are small beaches) or at night, with events and pubs with good food. The bigger beaches, with sand or rocks, are a few kilometers away, in Gallipoli and Porto Selvaggio.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
