This large and quiet apartment is located on the top floor (with elevator) of an ancient building in the heart of Verona, just a few steps from Piazza Erbe. In addition to a monumental entrance with internal court there is a concierge service during the day. The 130 square meters are divided into a large living room with dining table, a small kitchen with a balcony and a wonderful view of the court, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are respectively two doubles, one of which features a custom cabinet and balcony access, and a single one which features a small studio.



There is also the possibility of private parking within the facility, with the consequent possibility of circulation (not stop) within the ZTL.

According to Italian rules the heating is from 19-21 degree and air conditioner 26 degree.

Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€4.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€95) is required.

At check-in, a damage deposit of €200 will be requested via credit card.

After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.
