A two-room apartment consisting of a living room with single sofa bed and built-in kitchenette, well equipped (fridge, oven, toaster oven, dishes), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Free parking and WIFI.
The depandance is located in a panoramic position, immersed in a 21 hectare park, on the hill overlooking the medieval village of Spoleto just 2 km from the historic center (car not essential but recommended).
The park is very peaceful and quiet.
Beneficial and regenerating walks on the estate combined with relaxation in the splendid infinity pool will brighten your days.
We are close to the Flaminia state road and from us you can easily move to other Umbrian towns.
