The apartment is located in an old farmhouse, expertly renovated, located in a panoramic position, immersed in a 21-hectare park, on the hill overlooking the medieval village of Spoleto just 2 km from the historic center. (car not essential but recommended).
The park is very peaceful and quiet.
Beneficial and regenerating walks on the estate, combined with relaxation in the beautiful infinity pool will brighten your days.
We are close to the Flaminia state road and from us you can easily move to other Umbrian towns.
