The house is located in the historic center of Castellammare del Golfo and overlooks the castle which gave the town its name.
On foot you can reach the Villa Comunale in a few minutes, an afternoon meeting place for young and old, also there are bars where you can enjoy ice cream and cocktails with friends or shops to shop. The house is 200 meters from the marina where the fantastic marina is located, the starting point for boat excursions along the coasts of wonderful places such as the Zingaro natural reserve, Scopello, S. Vito Lo Capo is a reference point to get in touch with the sea and the fishermen's activity, from which to buy fresh fish directly.
On the seafront you can taste typical dishes and the after dinner offers a fantastic nightlife.
The house is very large, bright, airy and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing holiday.
