Case Vacanza Isidonia takes its name from its founder. The apartment, about 55 square meters, is a portion of a villa, just 10 meters from the sea and the beach. Access is direct, in less than a minute you are on the beach!
Ideal for 2 people or a family with small children.

Located on the mezzanine floor, it is arranged on one floor, access to the house is via a flight of steps leading to the veranda.
It consists of four fully wood-furnished rooms: an entrance-living room, a small kitchen, a corridor leading to the bathroom and the two bedrooms.
The entrance-living room-small kitchen is furnished with a table for six, a sideboard with everything needed for cooking (plates, glasses, cutlery, pans), a pantry cupboard, and a sofa-bed for two people. Also present a fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a small oven, refrigerator and kitchen cabinets.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet and toilet, and a hair dryer.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, bedside tables, and closet.
The small bedroom has a single bed, bedside table and small closet.

The apartment overlooks a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining. In addition, there is an outdoor shower and a barbecue for private use.
Two lawn chairs are available for guests to use in the garden.
