The attic apartment, tastefully renovated with wooden beams, has two bedrooms, fully and comfortably furnished; a kitchen-living room, bathroom with large shower, a mini laundry. All rooms have air conditioners of last generation. The sun terrace, will give you the opportunity to relax in the sun. The attic has a private entrance and overlooks a large garden. The beach, just 150 meters from the house is accessible by private road and therefore only frequented by holiday makers. E 'consists of an enormous inlet, in the shape of a horseshoe, 5 Km long. The area surrounding the hotel is known as the district Granelli. This seaside resort, part of the territory of Pachino, is located a few kilometers from the beautiful Marzamemi, where the summer nightlife is well known.
Yet a few km we find Pozzallo, famous for "Fish Festival". Finally taking the autrostrada, in half an hour you can reach Syracuse, which, rich in history and breathtaking scenery, is known to all for its historic center: Ortigia.
