Our air-conditioned house, equipped with Wi-Fi, is the ideal accommodation for groups or families looking for a place close to the magnificent beaches of Chia. The large covered veranda complete with table and chairs overlooks the courtyard and the green nature surrounding the property. Living room and equipped kitchenette, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a complete bathroom with washing machine. Barbecue, outdoor shower, and private parking.

Our house is particularly suitable for groups or families seeking well-located accommodation for quick access to the beautiful beaches of Chia and the area's amenities. The property is surrounded by a magnificent four-sided courtyard with views of the magnificent green hills of Chia. The apartment is entirely on the first floor and is accessible via an easily usable flight of stairs. The living room, complete with a sofa and dining table, features an equipped kitchenette for comfortably preparing your meals at home. The sleeping area consists of: a double bedroom and a triple bedroom (3 single beds). The complete bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine. In the courtyard, where both the barbecue and the outdoor shower are available, you can comfortably park one or two vehicles for free. Access and spaces: guests enjoy exclusive use of the apartment and the covered veranda. The only spaces shared with another apartment, also owned by us, are: the parking area and the ground floor access courtyard where the outdoor shower and barbecue are located. A large lawn facing the structure is available to all guests for walking or exercising.

The area: we are located in Chia, in a green context surrounded by nature. The best-stocked minimarket in the area, Sirio, the Mongituttu coffee-bar-tobacconist, and the renowned Mirage restaurant are very close by. You can quickly reach some of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean such as Su Giudeu beach, Tuerredda beach, or even small coves like Cala Cipolla. The village of Pula, about a 15-minute drive away, attracts many visitors thanks to the numerous shops and venues open at night. The nearest village is Domus De Maria, where there is a pharmacy, bank, and other basic services. The area features various archaeological and naturalistic attractions, including: The Phoenician-Punic-Roman archaeological complex of Nora and its mythical ruins, the Is Zuddas caves of Santadi, the Is Cannoneris forest park with the beautiful Mediterranean flora and fauna that can make your holiday more exciting. A car is absolutely recommended during your holiday in Chia.
