Private individual rents apartment in beautiful and well-kept Residence Sa Ventana with swimming pool and lifeguard.
The apartment has been completely renovated recently and consists of a double bedroom complete with balcony, a bathroom with shower and window, living room with full kitchenette, double sofa bed and table with 4 chairs. There is also a large veranda with table and chairs for breakfast and dinner in tranquility overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Asinara. We have TV with satellite TV, gas cooker, electric oven, fridge and freezer, phono, water supply and parking space outside. The two-room apartment is on the second floor so well ventilated even in summer.
It is located in the center of Badesi, a charming town in Gallura, where all the services such as food, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, tobacco and souvenirs, bank, gas station, household appliances, stationery, hardware, hunting and fishing are found.
Admission to the swimming pool is free for guests of the residence. At 1.5 km there is the beach with the shuttle bus service every half hour with a stop at 50 meters.
Badesi is located in an excellent position to reach Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura, as well as the nearby Costa Paradiso and Valledoria.
With a few minutes you can reach beautiful sandy coves such as Cala Sarraina, Li Seddi, Li Iunchi, Li Cossi, Baia delle Mimose, La Marinedda etc.
Also 5 km away is Isola Rossa with its well-kept marina for excursions to Maddalena and Corsica.
With just an hour's drive you can reach the ports of Olbia or Porto Torres as well as the airports of Olbia and Alghero.
The pool is usually open from 10 June to 10 September.
