The apartment is very nice, bright, panoramic, in a very quiet environment. It lends itself to any type of holiday: relaxing (swimming), recreational or cultural, given the happy position.
It 'was renovated in 2012 with finishing level.
Situated in the Riviera of the Cyclops, in the sea of ​​Cape Mills, bordered to the south and north with Aci Trezza Aci Reale. The apartment has balconies with magnificent views of both the sea and towards Mount Etna, is situated in an excellent residential swimming pool. Air-conditioned. Indoor parking (parking not guaranteed). It is about 200 meters from the sea and is also in a good position compared to major tourist destinations and places of connection (40 Km from Taormina, 50/60 Km from Etna, 20 Km from Catania Fontanarossa Airport, 2 Km from the station Acireale train).
The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (or separable), a living room-entry with kitchenette and a sofa (extra bed), a full bathroom with large shower.
The apartment is ideal for two adults (with one child at most).
Unfortunately at the moment, due to work in progress, there are parking problems inside the Residence.
