Cozy, peaceful, modern apartment with stunning sea view and large terrace located 5 minutes walk from "Le Golfe Bleu" / "Cala Pulpo" beach and near Montecarlo beach club and Monaco Bay hotel.
The apartment is of 100m2 of which 50m2 of terrace and composed of: (i) living room with open modern kitchen and a sofa bed for one person, (ii) two bedrooms with double French bed size, one of which with a view on the Cap Martin peninsula, and (iii) a bathroom with large shower and bidet. The terrace has a 180 degree view of the mediterranean sea and in the night you can hear the sound of the waves lapping against the shore.
The terrace is on two levels: (i) a higher level where it is possible to sunbathe and (ii) a lower level where can eat up to 6 people. In winter or on rainy / windy days the covered part of the large terrace can be closed by two robust sliding transparent plastic tends allowing the guests to eat outside and or enjoying the view from the small outdoor sofa.
A secured covered parking space (only for cars not exceeding 4.75m In length) is also available in an adjacent building at 2 minutes walk distance from the house accessible through the public stairs leading to the beach.
The stop for Bus 100 (direction to Menton / Monaco / Nice) and Bus 110 (airport shuttle from and to Nice airport) is a minute's walk from the appartement. The train stop (Roquebrune Cap Martin station) is also a 5 minutes walk from the apartment and it is reachable through the stairs which go to the "Le Golfe Bleu '' / "Cala Pulpo" beach. Supermarket and grocery stores are at 2 km from the house also reachable by bus / car.
