Nice flat, perfect for a family or a small group of friends.
There are two area with mezzanine, one living area and other one for sleeping.
In the living area there are a kitchen and a sitting room with mezzanine whereas in the sleeping while there are a room with mezzanine and a large bathroom.
A double bed and a french bed (1 place and half) are in the sleeping area, a sofa bed and other french bed are in the living area.
A balcony is along the house.
The apartment is located in the historic center of Naples (near San Gregorio Armeno, San Domenico Maggiore, Santa Chiara, etc.), in the front of University Federico II.
It is easy to reach by public and private transportation, security-monitored parking lot is located less than 100 meters from the house.
At Piazza Bovio is the subway station, few minutes by walk and you arrive at the port where you can take ferries and hydrofoils to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi coast.
The apartment is fully equipped and is located in a historic building in one of the oldest and most beautiful street of Naples.
