Villa

Stone villa surrounded by a large and neat Mediterranean garden, with a breath-taking panorama of the sea where you can admire the Salento coast. On the back of the villa, on a hill, there is so much countryside, exceptional for those who love to go out trekking and discover the Mediterranean scrub land. The house is laid out on 2 floors + laundry room. The first floor, a living area, with a built-in kitchen and a small lounge with a sofa-bed. The second floor (sleeping area), has 3 bedrooms: 2 double and 1 with bunk bed + single bed and 2 bathrooms, one of which is located in the master bedroom. The interior furniture is brand new, very well taken care of and all the windows have a sea view and are equipped with a mosquito net. The outdoor space is characterised by large terraces, exterior showers and a stone wood-burning oven to cheer up the nights outside. The wood for the barbecue and the private parking are included in the house services. From the villa it is possible to reach by foot the reef across the path of the “Vie del Sale” (Salt roads) although this is advised for the more active people.
