Inside the house, the nice furnishings and accessories allow you to enjoy a quiet beach holiday and enjoy a well-earned rest. The comfort is assured by an air conditioner dedicated to the three bedrooms in the sleeping area. One of the three rooms has a bathroom, there is also a second bathroom with shower, a large living room with TV, DVD player and WIFI internet. Large windows overlooking the sea, a storage area. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture with table, chairs and deckchairs. There is an outdoor shower on one side of the veranda. The local regulations provide for the payment of the tourist tax equal to € 1.50 per day for the first five days of stay. Children under 12 and those over 75 are exempted from paying the tax.
The initial supply of bed linen and towels is provided for each guest. If additional linen is requested, the sum of € 10,00 each must be paid.
The consumption of electricity is included up to 100 kw/h, beyond this the consumptions, detected by counter, will be counted at € 0.30 kw/h.
