In the tranquillity of the private park ‘Le Agavi’, the flat has two terraces with sea views and the Gulf of Poets, equipped for unmissable lunches and dinners.
Inside the property there is a tennis court with balls and rackets, including for children, and a shared swimming pool 200 metres away on foot (or by car) through the beautiful Mediterranean park. The swimming pool has sun loungers, parasols and a cabin with toilet and shower.
Parking is available inside the property near the house.

The location, in the hills of Lerici, is ideal for running along the shaded promenade that connects the villages of Pugliola and Solaro and the footpaths that descend to the sea and to San Terenzo and Lerici. Mountain bike trails.
The Cinque Terre can be easily reached by boat from Lerici, by car (45 minutes from Riomaggiore) or by train from La Spezia station (10 minutes from La Spezia to Riomaggiore, then on to Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso). On the eastern side of the gulf are Tellaro, Montemarcello Park, Bocca di Magra and Sarzana.
