Apartment

The apartment is located in the heart of Sestriere, a major ski resort of the 2006 Olympic Mountains, in an elegant building directly facing the ski slopes and the highest golf course in Europe. It is just steps away from the ticket offices and the ski lift departures.

The apartment is well equipped and consists of an entrance hall leading to the living room, a dining area, and a fully renovated, well-equipped kitchen with electric cooktops, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, electric oven, and microwave oven.

There are three bedrooms: two are located on the upper floor—one double bedroom and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. The third bedroom is on the lower floor and is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, making it suitable both as a bedroom and as a small sitting room. An additional bunk bed is available in an open space overlooking the staircase on the upper floor.

The apartment has three recently renovated bathrooms, all equipped with sanitary facilities; two of them include a shower.

Both the living room and the bedrooms offer direct views of the ski slopes.

The apartment also includes a covered parking space and a ski storage room.
The distance from the apartment to the ski slopes is only 100 meters.

The size of the apartment allows for a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests; with the additional bed, it can accommodate up to 7 guests (for a small extra charge).
