The house is located 5 minutes walk from the Piazza del Comune (city center) the Minerva, from the cathedral of San Rufino and Santa Chiara and a 10-minute walk from the Basilica of San Francesco, a 30-minute walk to 5 minutes by car from the Eremo delle Carceri.
Characteristic fully furnished house arranged in three floors with two double bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, a double bedroom with large wardrobe, flat screen televisions in the living room and two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is inside the bedroom with a bed bunk with sink and toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
