Apartment located in a residential area, 500m from the sea, with free golden sandy beaches and bathing facilities. Less than 200 meters away there is a shopping center and a tobacconist. At about two kilometers you can visit the Old Village of the Ancient Tonnara where in the morning you can buy fresh fish and in the evening stroll through delicious pab and dine in fine restaurants. The location of the house is strategic, close to some of the most famous places in Sicily.
For nature lovers it is possible to make excursions to the Vendicari reserves (where from the observation huts you can admire Herons, Flamingos, Storks that stop in the marshes before reaching the final migratory destinations) the Pantalica necropolis, the Cava Grande Nature Reserve of Cassibile (centered around a spectacular canyon formed by the river Cassibile and the various lakes), near Syracuse is the Marine Reserve of Plemmirio for lovers of diving. A few miles away you can visit Noto where you can appreciate the Sicilian Baroque in its beautiful forms of style and color (recommended to visit the city at sunset to appreciate the variations in color reflected by the architecture monuments). At about 20 minutes by car you can visit the city of Syracuse full of history. Catania Taormina and the Etna volcano are an hour and a half away from the highway (you can make excursions on Mount Etna with specialized guides).
The time of check-in and check-out on request can be arranged with the traveler.
Rates include costs of electricity, gas, water, sheets, towels.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need (dishwasher detergents, washing machine supplied for the first few days).
You are only asked to turn off the air conditioner when you are away from home.
When guests are away from home I can use the washing machine.
On arrival, my guests will find fruit, water, fruit juice, sugar coffee and a bottle of Nero d'Avola.
Guests have at their disposal an outdoor area equipped with chairs and table.
