The apartment is located in a building on the second floor, reachable with a comfortable lift, it is 65 square meters divided into 2 floors; on the first floor we find the kitchen (with a dishwasher) immediately connected to the living room, a bathroom (with a washing machine) and a balcony with a table for lunch / dinner.
On the second floor there is a single attic room with a double bed, a single bed, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.

Both on the first and second floors there is AIR CONDITIONING (very important in July / August) and a TV.

The house is located 50 meters from the beach, in a residential neighborhood within walking distance of the marina and the center.

It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, a few steps from the best restaurants in San Vincenzo. It is possible to walk to all the activities of San Vincenzo, including the railway station and the ferry to visit the islands.
