This property is located in the midst of a hilly olive grove, 3,5km from Itri, 12km from Sperlonga and Gaeta, back to that large coastal area - half way of Rome to Naples called 'the Ulixes coast', well known for its wild and white sandy beaches and rocky shore, for its unpolluted sea water. The interior surface is 50sq.m on the ground floor and 25 on the upper loft, a large terrace surrounds the house, and the whole property lies on one hectare of landscaped estate. From here you can enjoy splendid views of the olive groves, mountain scenery and enjoy the magnificent sunsets . In the distance, the eyes space to the horizon and the sea, to the islands of Ischia, Ponza and Ventotene.
