It will be a pleasure to welcome you at your arrival to show you the villa and to give you some useful advice to make your stay unforgettable.

Inside the villa you will find a useful guide with many tips for booking restaurants or beach clubs, boat tours to the Giglio and Giannutri Islands or for a cruise along the coast. You will also find all the information to make the most of both the villa and the surrounding area.

For any other request, I remain at your disposal.

ZTL Permit - Allows:

- Parking in the blue paid lines at a reduced rate throughout the municipality of Monte Argentario

- Parking for free, without time limits (exclusively in the parking lot near your home, which we will indicate to you)

- Access to the Pilarella Limited Traffic Zone (Gateways 1 and 2)

Permit fee: €50 for the entire stay.
(€30 for short stays - 2 nights)

- Extra cleaning and linen change: upon request at the time of booking or to the on-site staff and subject to availability and quotation.

- Tourist tax:
€2.00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights (excluding children under 14)

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM

The standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, but we always allow our guests a "bonus" hour until 8:00 PM.

--- Late check-in to be agreed upon based on availability ---

From 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM, the cost for a late check-in is €50.
From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, the cost for a late check-in is €80.
From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the cost for a late check-in is €100.
