The Gelsomino Apartment is a three-room apartment with 6 beds in Marina di Campo. It has just been refurbished and all the furniture is new.
It is about 250 m from the sandy beach and the pedestrian area. All services are easily accessible on foot.
It is located on the first floor of a small four-family building consisting of ground floor and first floor. It consists of two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. They are exposed one to the east and one to the west. The bathroom has a window, a small tub and a masonry shower. The living room is large and bright. The dining area has a well-equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven and dishwasher, table for 6 people. Pots and furnishings are provided. In the living room there is a sofa bed, an armchair, TV and WiFi. The terrace has a small table with chairs.
It has a reserved parking space on the property.
The washing machine and the barbecue with wood oven are shared with the other guests.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen is not included, but available on request.
