The house is located in a private and quiet area and is part of a small hamlet of independent villas. The house is surrounded by a private and fenced garden. It is large, has a double bedroom, two twin beds with a high window, bathroom and a bright kitchen with living room, covered terrace, reserved and furnished with garden table and chairs and barbecue. The house is tastefully furnished, air conditioned, equipped with washing machine and TV and equipped with bed linen and shower towels. Beach towels on request.
From the villa you can walk to the beach, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs and maket in 5 minutes.
From the port of Arbatax, which is 800 meters away, boats leave for mini cruises to the famous coves of the Gulf of Orosei. Cala Luna, Mariolu and Goloritze can also be reached through trekking routes for both amateurs and experts, incredible paths between the green of the Supromonte and the blue of the sea.
Arbatax is located in the center of Sardinia on the east coast, a part of the wild and unspoiled island far from mass tourism and easily accessible from all ports and airports of Sardinia.
