For the summer period (from June to September) the apartment is equipped with air conditioning refrigerant in the living area and in each single bedroom, with latest generation silent splits, while for the winter period (from November to March) the apartment benefits from central heating.

In a few minutes (REAL) on foot you can reach Bus stops to the city center or to the various beach stops, various bars, jazz-clubs, disco, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pharmacies, newsagents, minimarkets and supermarkets, banks, post office, park with bike rental and many squares closed to traffic.
