Spacious second-floor apartment located adjacent to the park of the historic Villa Bottini in the center of Lucca.
The apartment can be reached by going up a comfortable and very luminous stone staircase with windows towards the park of the villa.
It has been renovated and furnished with ideal care for 5 people.
It consists of: entrance / large and bright living room with sofa and LCD TV equipped with internet connection, well-equipped kitchen with 4 gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, Express coffee and iron, dressing room with small laundry and washing machine, outside thread for hanging out the linen, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Use of wi-fi internet Free fiber throughout the apartment (Very Fast Fiber Internet Connection available for free in the entire property).
In the sleeping area there is a step room with a single bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Most of the furnishings were made by me as the headboard of the double room that reproduces the famous composition by Puccini "Nessun Dorma" from Turandot's work.
I point out that you can get into the city by car and go up to the door of the house for unloading and loading luggage, parking nearby at 30 m. on payment or at 150 mt. covered for a fee and at night (from 20 to 8) you can park for free.
Everything can be reached quickly, grocery, bakery, patisserie, bar, restaurant / pizzeria at about m. 30, near the Villa Guinigi Museum, railway station about 10/15 minutes on foot. The convenience and prestige of the location will fascinate you by making you spend a relaxing stay in a sought after city of art.
In accordance with state and regional laws, upon check-in we will ask you:
- to sign a rental contract for tourist purposes IN ITALIAN (of which we will leave you a paper copy and possible translation into English);
- an identity document for registration at the State Police Guest Service;
The building does not have accessory services.
Heating on consumption after reading the meter on your arrival and then departure at a cost of € 1.60 per mc. To take advantage of the air conditioning in the rooms there is a charge of 6 euros per day to be paid at check-in.
