Comfortable detached house in the heart of Green Bay, only 150 meters from the sea. The resort is 1 km from Gallipoli city, the most famous in Salento, where you can enjoy a crystal clear sea with unique colors and beaches of fine white sand coast.
Ideal for groups of children who want to reach beaches and places of entertainment on foot, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people. On the ground floor is composed of: a large living-dining room with 3 single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Outside are 2 verandas where restrain a front with garden, the other in the back with secondary entrance, green spaces and outdoor shower. Parking in the street and exposed (free parking pass). On the first floor: hallway, 2 triple bedrooms, a bathroom with tub-shower.

Double entrance, outdoor shower, stone pile (sink), green spaces, outdoor furniture, TV in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (pots and pans). To meet the needs of guests, the beds can be moved from room to room.
Conditions
At check in: the deposit in cash of a deposit of 250 euros (will be returned at the end of the stay if there are no damage to the property) and the payment of the tourist tax: 1 euro per person per night, are exempt those who are under the age of 16 and the disabled.
