It occupies the ground floor of a large Aeolian farmhouse and is formed by two large and bright double bedrooms and two rooms with a living room / kitchen and two sofa beds which each contain two single beds. In one of the two bedrooms you can add a sun bed next to the double bed because the room is very large. A large patio / outdoor loggia in the adjacent Aeolian style, which is located inside a courtyard where other terraces of other apartments also stand (such as residence), is available for outdoor dining with a barbecue for outdoor barbecues . The house contains furniture and accessories such as pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. The house is air-conditioned. The place is ideal for those who love nature and the sea and want to spend a holiday by the sea in complete relaxation away from the chaos and heat of the city center (which is about 9 km walkable in a few minutes by bus that stop near home and make several daily trips).
