The stone building has an internal courtyard for outdoor dining. A brick staircase leads to the loggia that joins the two living rooms of the villa. The largest with a fireplace and both with a kitchenette. 3 double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The furnishings include many antique furniture and paintings as well as modern living rooms.
Outside, lawns equipped with chairs, deckchairs, umbrellas among olive groves and vineyards, in front of the immense panorama of the Sienese hills.
A little further down there are the two swimming pools, the tennis court and the equipped parks of the Fattoria del Colle which can be used in common with the other guests of the agriturismo.
