Villa Lippia B is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment that is part of a villa in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Villa Lippia B you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Lippia B is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Tuglie, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 7.5 km (roughly 4.7 miles). You will reach Villa Lippia B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Lippia B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Bottom FloorKitchen
The kitchen is in a rustic style, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a small window with a view of the swimming pool.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
Top FloorBedroom
The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The room has two windows with a view of the swimming pool. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
