The apartment has 4 bedrooms: one with double bed, one with 2 beds, 2 with three beds.The double-bed room has also a little bed for a baby. From the house you can acceed directly to the garden, where you can rest sitting under the shadow of two big trees. A little green space near the kitchen gives you the chance to eat in the open air, on a big wood table.
The house is situated near the historical center of the ancient ligurian village of Levanto, in a very quiet location, with a view on the private garden and the country behind the house. the house takes the place of the ancient palace Da Passano, destroyed by the bombs in the Second World War. You can still see some pieces of the ancient building.
Not far from the house you can visit the ancient church of Saint James.
On the other side of the village, very interesting is the church of Saint Andrew and the genoese Castle.
The village has coloured houses, as used in the ancient villages of Liguria.
With train or boat you can easily reach the wonderful Cinque Terre.
In less than 100 chilometres you can reach the interesting cities of Genua, Pisa, Parma and Lucca, rich of important museums and monuments.
