The spacious private garden, rich in olive trees and ornamental plants, features a large covered gazebo. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen (two electric fireplaces, refrigerator, microwave complete cooking utensils, stone barbecue, table for 12 people) allows guests to eat outdoors both in the day and in the evening.
Inside the house is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday extremely comfortable (washing machine, dishwasher, ventilated oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, kettle, oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, salt, spices and preserves).

The house is ideally located between Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo and Camogli (5 minutes by car), offering total relaxation and privacy between the olive trees and the swimming pool, just steps from the sea and the lively life of the Riviera and Portofino.
The pool can be heated (from May 1 to September 30) and is equipped with sun loungers and sundecks. It is possibly shared with an adjacent apartment of the same property (Ref.
