Villasimius is a small tourist center that has experienced growing development and fame over the last thirty years, becoming the most popular tourist destination in Southern Sardinia. The lush nature, the beauty of the coast, the large choice of clubs, restaurants, hotels and shops where you can buy local artisan products, as well as the modern tourist port, make Villasimius a successful destination for holidays in Sardinia. Young people can have fun thanks to the nightlife offered by discos and clubs, which together with the natural beauty make Villasimius the 'Polynesia of the Mediterranean', with its islands and bays without equal in this corner of the world. Among the beaches worth mentioning, that of Simius, with its warm waters favored by the bay which blocks the cold sea currents, and allows the proliferation of plants and animals between the cliffs. The beaches of Sa Ruxi, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Del Riso and Notteri are other important locations in Villasimius. Worth mentioning is the Capo Carbonara marine natural reserve, an ideal place for diving and snorkelling.
The house is located inside a residence with a swimming pool (open 15 June - 15 September). It is composed of a patio (where it is possible to have lunch or dinner), a small garden, a living room entrance with cooking area; on the first floor there is a double bedroom and a children's bedroom with 3 single beds (2 that can be placed side by side) and a bathroom. The house is equipped with split air conditioning, kitchen, oven, washing machine and color TV.
