Being in the centre of the city, all services are within 5/10 minutes walking distance. Such as the central train and bus stations, the beautiful monuments, the cathedral, the Botanical Garden, one of the most beautiful in Europe, the various seats of the University, the Archaeological Museum, which with its exhibits, tells the most ancient history of Sardinia, the shopping streets, pizzerias, ice cream parlours and restaurants, and much more with the Cagliari nightlife, are just a few steps from home.
