This charming and delightful flat of 80m2 can host up to 4 people: both bedrooms, one with a canopy double bed, follows the main Feng Shui interior design (beds are facing south) and have air conditioning and digital flat tv. The entrance is ample and gives access to the kitchen, completely renovated to be fresh and comfortable. The bathroom, themed in soft pink, has a shower.

The new interior design gives a shabby chic touch to the house, and the wall decorations make it unique and sophisticated.
This apartment is in the same building of n. 122847 apartment; combining the two flats, we can easily host up to 7 people in the very same location.

The surrounding area, despite the points of interest, remains outside of the usual routes, enabling you to experience Venice in relative serenity in times of great affluence, and is full of restaurants and pastry shops frequented by residents. Nearby you can visit the basilica of Santi Giovanni e Paolo, where lie the remains of 25 doges, the church of San Francesco della Vigna, whose precious façade is the work of Palladio, and the church of Santa Maria Formosa, which houses the Byzantine icon of Our Lady of Lepanto. Going a little deeper inside the Castello district, it can be reached by a short walk the Arsenal, and visit what was one of the largest shipyards in the Middle and Modern Age.

Tourist tax due at check-in.
Late check-in fee: 50€ between 8pm-11pm. It's not possible to check in the apartment after 11pm.
