The house is divided into 2 levels, on the upper floor we find the living room which overlooks the terrace divided into a lounge area and a dining area from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the gulf and the island of Tavolara. The kitchen, equipped with oven and dishwasher, overlooks a planted courtyard.
Finally, 1 double bedroom, equipped with air conditioning, with sea view and internal bathroom and 1 small bedroom with bunk bed, also with internal bathroom.
On the lower floor and with an independent entrance we have the third bedroom, equipped with air conditioning, with 1 double bed and a queen size bed, this room also has an internal bathroom
The house is in excellent condition and has been completely renovated.
Upon request, towels and bed linen will be provided at a cost of 15 euros per week for single beds and 30 euros per week for double beds
