CASA MAJA is a newly built building, located in the 'Montemanno' area in Badolato Marina, a very peaceful place, in the village and close to the sea and shops. The furniture is also simple and well-kept. Possibility of discounted rates in relation to the length of the stay.
The house is in the new residential area in Badolato Marina, (10 km from Soverato), a quiet and traffic-free area, and a few kilometers from Badolato Borgo (Medieval), and is a 2-storey structure with main access that disengages the various apartments, an entrance square (where for example to leave your bicycle, strollers etc) and a surrounding land / garden. There are 2 washing machines in the laundry area available for guests.
Supermarkets are nearby, the sea 250 meters away with several beaches and bathing establishments with beach service, bar, restaurant, as well as a large number of sandy beaches (small pebbles on the shoreline) free and ample parking facilities.
At 50 meters there is a green area, children's playground, picnic area, and a soccer field.
The night clubs, discos and pubs are on the waterfront for the evening, about 400- 800 meters away. Badolato has had the Blue Flag in the past.
