It is a comfortable well equipped house split on two levels surmounted by an ample barrel vault. The entrance hall is an open-plan living/dining room which is large and luminous. Its furnitures are 1 single sofa bed, a dining table seating 6 people and satellite TV. At the same level kitchenette and the bathroom with wash basin, bidet, WC and shower. The kitchenette is equipped with 3 burner cookers, minifrige, microwave and toaster.A staircase leads up to the intermediate-floor double bedroom. From the living room access is into the second room with matrimonial bed on the mezzanine floor and bathroom on the ground floor level. Also this bathroom has wash basin, bidet, wc and shower.

Outside the terrace and the solarium with Jacuzzi are at guests exclusive use.

Prices include: utilities (electricity, water and gas), bed linen and towels, private parking.

Heating ( on request) 20 euros per day to be paid locally in cash.
Damage deposit to be returned on departure date Euro 200,00.
Arrivals are accepted between 5:00pm and 9:00pm.
Tourist’s tax 1,50 per person per day
Outside Jacuzzi available from May 15the to October 30th.
Heated water (on request) at the extra price of euro 20,00 per day
