Villa of new construction, is located just minutes from the center of Cefalu, near the beach Salinelle.
The property is surrounded by large green areas allowing guests a nice atmosphere, quiet and relaxing.
Spacious, bright and equipped with every comfort.
The bedrooms are equipped with bathroom with shower, independent air conditioning, satellite television; inside kitchen with air conditioning, satellite television and wc.
Outside is a large garden equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas and barbecue area, swimming pool (with protection barrier) accessible from March to November (on request, even in winter; from March 2018 the pool can be heated at 28° with a minimum one week notice, and an extra contribution of € 250 per week to be paid upon arrival), sqm 6000 of orchard, 500 sqm of lawn.
Parking area.
Divided with 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms room, bunk beds and a sofa bed option, total 13 beds. Possibility of folding beds and cots.
Each bedroom is equipped with LCD TV and refrigerator.
In winter the bedrooms get 5, as in a room on the ground floor is placed the outside living room instead of the bed.
Attached to the kitchen there is a seventh toilet.
10 bicycles are available to guests;

The cost of linen, utilities, air conditioning is not included in the rental price, so it is to be paid cash on arrival Euro 500 up to 7 days, for each additional day add Euro 70 per day.
From June to September cost of linen, utilities, air conditioning to be paid cash on arrival Euro 999 up to 7 days, for each additional day add Euro 145 per day.
The deposit paid at the time of booking (25% of the rental cost) in case of cancellation by the tenant will be returned by the owner only if the villa will be rebooked at the same price for the same period.
In the event of cancellation linked to the Covid-19 emergency, a credit equal to the deposit already paid to be used for a new booking within the following year can be recognized.
The traveler can still purchase an insurance policy that reimburses the deposit paid in case of cancellation of the reservation.
In November 2025, the local authority approved the payment upon arrival of a Tourist Tax of €1 per night, for up to 10 consecutive days, for stays from March 1st to October 31st of each year, with exemption for guests up to 12 years of age.
