Very large studio apartment (about 70 square meters) with kitchenette and large mezzanine. It was completely renovated in 2013 and is finely furnished in a modern style.
It rises close to the historic center of Lecce, just outside Porta S. Biagio, in one of the city's "historic" and best served neighborhoods. Its location allows you to walk to the historic center in a few minutes, the same time it takes to reach the train station or the stop of the tourist line "Salento by bus" that connects Lecce to the resorts on the coast.
It consists of: sleeping area with double bed, large mezzanine with 2 single beds, kitchenette complete with appliances and dishes, bathroom with shower, small internal veranda
It is also equipped with all comforts: independent heating and air conditioning (guests can independently manage the temperature), TV in the room, free wi-fi internet connection, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle. It can accommodate up to 5 people using (on request) a comfortable sofa bed present in the apartment. It has no architectural barriers and is also accessible to guests in wheelchairs.

Parking, free of charge, is easy and safe in the quiet street adjacent to the apartment.
