The Nispo1 apartment is located within a private, fenced property, 50 meters from the sea in the small bay of Nisportino, where unspoiled nature and crystal-clear waters provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
The cove is nestled in a valley with lush vegetation, while the surrounding mountains ensure a pleasant, never-sweltering temperature, even in the hottest months.
The crystal-clear sea and the pebble-and-sand beach provide a prelude to unforgettable sunsets.
The apartment is recently built and includes a parking space on the property, which can be accessed through an electric gate (remote control is provided).

The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room with a queen-size sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and an outdoor space with a sea view where you can enjoy lunch and dinner.
The apartment is equipped with dishes, cutlery, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, satellite Wi-Fi, a remote-controlled electric gate, and one parking space.

The apartment is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.

Access to the property and use of its amenities are for the exclusive use of the tenants indicated at the time of booking.
