Villa Lu Impostu is a private villa with swimming pool which comfortably accommodates 10 people (max 16).  The villa is 800 meters away from the nearest beach ("Lu Impostu" beach, more than 1km of length, also reachable on foot), and 1,5 km far from Puntaldia village that offers a lot of services (among which golf, tennis, swimming pool, supermarket, tobacconist, cafe, photo service etc.) and whose beach "La Cinta" with its 2km of dunes of white sand connects Puntaldia to San Teodoro village (4km far from the villa, straight down on the "Orientale Sarda" road).
The Olbia - Coast Smeralda Airport and Olbia Harbour, where ferries dock, are less than 20 km far.
The villa has a huge dining room with a big fireplace and a living room, dinette kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 5 bathrooms, double sofa beds in the living room and a closed veranda at the entrance with sofa bed and blackout curtains, with enough room for up to 16 people.
Two of the bedrooms are external from the rest of the house, with independent bathroom and entrance.
There is also a porch with sliding glass doors, a terrace all around the house and a huge garden (1500mq). Additional external kitchen with sink, cookers and barbecue.
The villa is fully renovated (2019) and it has also an external shower on the back and a 25mq panoramic solarium on the roof with another shower and a splendid sea view.
Among other services:
Internet WI-FI in all rooms and in the terrace, air conditioning DAIKIN in each room, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cylinder, electric oven, sat-tv with flat HD LCD TV, remote controlled gate, intercom.
Up to 4 parking places (one of them with roof).
A € 500 deposit is required, to be paid locally in cash upon arrival.
