The property concern in an “Italian Masseria”** builth in the 17th restructured last year and over than 1500 square meters of garden, with a wonderful and private use pool of 40 square meters. Thanks to a wood porch in the front of the house is possible to have dinner in the open air. You can also roast your dinner using the external barbeque. The whole property is encircled with a stone wall over than 2,5 meters height that ensure complete privacy and security.
Inside the Masseria there is a big hall with a working stone and wood made fireplace and an interconnected kitchen place. A bedroom with ceiling “volta”, and a second wedding bedroom also with “volta” ceiling in original “leccese”*** stone. The wedding bedroom is supplied with a wonderful and ancient fireplace. The “Masseria” is completed by a big bathroom with shower.
*** local stone used in construction, a sort of tufa stone. Light, porous and rich of fossil remain.
