Villa

The villa It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, air conditioning (excluding the kitchen). It is about 1 km away to medieval village of Montisi; about 20 minutes each are the beautiful medieval villages of Montalcino and Montepulciano where you can taste the excellent red wines, Brunello di Montalcino and Nobile di Montepulciano. In a few minutes you can reach the Artistic, Natural and Cultural Park of the Val d'Orcia.
The thermal waters of Bagno Vignoni ,Bagni S. Filippo and Rapolano Terme are also a short distance away.
The farm-house is finely fitted-out with rustic furniture; floors are in baked-clay Sienese cotto and ceilings are of traditional tile-and-beam. The layout consists of: a kitchen; a sitting-room with couches; 3 bedrooms - a triple and 2 doubles - with wrought-iron beds ;all the bedrooms in the villa have an en-suite bathroom , each with a shower. The bathrooms are four.
Recent renovations have been carried out to ensure maximum comfort.

The climate of Tuscany is mild, usually the villa does not require heating from mid-April to mid-October, the first 2 weeks of April and the last 2 weeks of October only needs a few hours in the evening, consumption will be counted by the counter at a cost of 4.5 euros per cubic meter.
