The country house is located in the beautiful Umbrian countryside, “green lung" of Italy, with views of Todi and the surrounding area. The stone structure has been carefully restored: it has a park of approx. 3000 meters with 2 hectares of olive grove, fruit trees, aromatic plants and trees, in an area closed to hunting where you can see hares, hedgehogs, pheasants. It also includes a private swimming pool (15x6) overlooking the surrounding countryside at the full disposal of guests (with sunbeds and umbrellas), which is a real oasis of peace and relax. The house is also equipped with all the comforts and equipment necessary to live in complete autonomy: kitchen equipped with everything you need, living room with fireplace and large table for 8 people, overlooking the garden -, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which with private bathroom; then there are the upper floors, inside the tower, where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful panoramic view. Outside there is also a table with 8 seats in the brick area at the back of the house, protected by a large umbrella, where you can enjoy wonderful breakfasts and meals in the open air. The property is ideal for those who want to enjoy the beautiful Italian countryside - not by chance in these areas are artists, foreign painters to represent unique landscapes, - and for those who want to relax in nature and in an old farmhouse, spacious and equipped with all amenities, with the possibility of using the private pool and the corner dedicated to it. Within half an hour by car, however, you can reach several cities of art and medieval villages included among the most beautiful in Italy.
